This “velvet violet”  and turquoise blanket is as soft as it is beautiful, due to its alpaca-acrylic blend.  Rich purples and turquoise colors dominate one side; reverses to cream background with smaller purple designs.  Made by native artisan textile crafters in Otavalo, Ecuador in their small workshop.  Queen size measures 80″ w x 90″ l.  Perfect for Southwestern decor or cabin style or lodge decor.  Great idea for cowboy bedroom decorating. Description

Purple and Turquoise Southwest blanket features rich purple and turquoise tones, and reverses to a dominantly cream side.  Excellent choice for your purple-hued decor.  So very soft, due to the alpaca content, but also easy to care for because of the acrylic blend.  Machine wash cold, delicate cycle, line dry.  Queen size.

Purple tones continue to be popular in interior decor. Add a splash of purple and luxurious softness to your home with our purple and turquoise Southwest blanket. The texture is the result of a combination of 10% alpaca fiber and 90% acrylic.

This blanket, made in Los Andes, is a fine example of Ecuadorian textiles.  Our customers praise its vibrant colors and soft texture. Just envision yourself snuggled up on a cool day, wrapped in its enveloping purple and turquoise softness!

All our products are made by native Ecuadorian crafters in Otavalo.  This blanket features the geometric design often seen in their native print blankets.
