Native Blanket Queen Size
$89.00
Our native queen size blanket is soft and attractive. It features a geometric design from South America, known as the “chakana” or Andean cross.
The queen size native blanket comes in several beautiful color combinations, and is reversible – just flip it over to change your look! This is certain to become your favorite blanket, with its gentle softness and lightweight warmth.
The Andean cross is a traditional symbol of unity – horizontally and vertically, used all across South America for centuries. It is also believed to represent the Southern Cross constellation.
These blankets are made in Ecuador by hard-working and talented artisans, who carry on a millennial tradition of weaving. Read more about the crafters here. The “chakana” design blanket fits in beautifully in many design styles – its geometric pattern works well with modern as well as tribal or rustic looks. Simple geometric cross design down the middle and at the edges. Hang this gorgeous blanket from a blanket ladder, fold it at the foot of your bed, or keep it on the couch for snuggling.
These native queen size blankets measure 80″ x 90″ and weigh just 2.5 lbs. They are made of a soft, washable blend of alpaca and acrylic. (10% alpaca, 90% acrylic).
While we do our best to accurately represent our products, there may be slight variation in the color of your blanket from the picture, due to photography lighting, computer screens, and minor yarn dye lot changes.
