For retail customers, we ship US Postal Service Priority or Ground Advantage mail. Wholesale orders may be shipped by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We prepare packages and ship Thursdays-Mondays. We provide each customer with the tracking number upon shipment.
Unfortunately, package theft is on the rise, especially around the holidays. Please use the tracking number we provide to make sure you are home to receive your package, as neither the USPS nor Los Andes Shop is responsible for the package once it has been delivered to your home. If you prefer to ensure you receive the package, please add a note in your order and we can add Signature For Delivery to your order for an extra $3.
Delivery is usually in 2-3 days for the West Coast, and can take 5-7 weekdays for destinations farther from Oregon.
While we do everything we can to get your purchase to you speedily, shipping depends on the season and the weather, which are both outside our control.
If you have ordered an item that is on back-order, you will receive an automated e-mail, followed by a live, real-person email telling you approximately how much time we expect it will take for us to receive the product from our suppliers. We strive to keep items on our website in stock, and only allow backorders on products we have already requested from our suppliers.
