The traditional indigenous design is woven on a mechanized loom with brushed acrylic. The result is a gorgeous, soft, washable throw.
Turquoise blanket throw is an Ecuadorian textile made lovingly, high in Los Andes. All our products are made by native Ecuadorian crafters in Otavalo. While we strive to depict products accurately, sometimes the image will vary slightly from the product you receive due to changes in yarn dye lots or photography lighting.
Couch throw measures 80″ x 45″. It’s so easy to care for, too! Machine wash cold, delicate cycle. Line dry.
Note: Alpaca fleece has become increasingly difficult to obtain in Ecuador. As of April 2025, this blanket is no longer available in the 10% alpaca / 90% acrylic blend we formerly carried.
